Picked this one up from a collector contact in Sydney after spending a fair bit of time comparing photos and angles. The case finishing is the first thing that stood out to me. The alternating brushed and polished surfaces are done with enough care that the watch has real depth on the wrist, not just a flat shine. Screw alignment is also better than I expected at this price point, which matters when you know what to look for. It wears comfortably too, with the proportions sitting well even on a smaller wrist. My only small gripe is that the clasp feel could be a touch more refined. Still, for the money, it is a strong piece and worth a look.

Compared side by side with the genuine Offshore Diver, this watch got a lot closer than I expected… the octagonal bezel has the right presence, and the whole thing just wears with that same chunky, sporty attitude. I bought it as a little upgrade for myself after putting it off for ages, and honestly it felt like a proper step up the moment I opened the box. The packaging was neat and reassuring, which mattered more to me than I thought it would. It gave the whole purchase a more finished feel, not like some random loose watch tossed in a mailer.
What stood out most was how convincing the bezel shape looks on the wrist. It catches the eye in the same way the real one does, without looking clumsy or overdone. For the price, I’m very happy with the overall impression… especially since I was nervous buying this kind of piece for the first time. My only small nitpick is that I wish the presentation inside the box felt a touch more premium, but that’s minor enough for me.
It’s the sort of watch I can see myself wearing often, not just keeping aside, and that’s really the point for me… daily wear feels very realistic here.
