The Omega clone models we stock
The catalogue is heavily Seamaster, which reflects what people buy.
- Seamaster, around 25 references: Diver 300M in blue, black and ceramic, Planet Ocean, Aqua Terra, the Bond editions and the full-black versions.
- Speedmaster, the Racing references and Moon to Mars.
- Constellation and De Ville, three and one reference respectively, both at $950.
The wave dial is the tell
On the Diver 300M the wave pattern is laser-cut into the dial surface, so it shifts as the light moves. Cheap replicas print it flat and it stays flat from every angle. Tilt the watch under a lamp: if the waves do not move, the dial is printed.
On the Aqua Terra the same logic applies to the teak-pattern vertical lines, which should be cut rather than screened.
Co-Axial, and why it matters here
The Co-Axial escapement has a different architecture from a standard lever escapement, and it is visible through the display back on most references. A generic movement in an Omega case is obvious the moment the caseback is turned over. VSF clones the 8800 and 8500, and the manual 1861 for the Speedmaster.
Before it ships
Each Omega spends 24 to 48 hours on a timegrapher. We photograph the dial at an angle specifically to show the wave or teak cutting, and the caseback where the movement is visible. You approve the photographs and video before dispatch. Two year warranty, in writing.
Frequently asked questions
How much is an Omega super clone?
$900 to $1,100. The Aqua Terra references start the range and the ceramic Seamasters sit at the top.
Which factory should I buy for Omega?
VSF Factory. It is the only one cloning the Co-Axial calibres, which is what the display caseback shows.
Is a Seamaster a good first replica?
Yes. It is the least expensive properly cloned movement we sell, and the Diver 300M is a straightforward watch to inspect: check the wave dial, the bezel action and the helium valve.
