The Extra Thin designation changes how this watch sits under a cuff. The standard Royal Oak wears wide for its diameter because the case is flat and the lugs do not curve down. The Extra Thin reduces the stack height so the case sits lower under fabric. The rose gold softens the geometry compared to steel. The brushed-to-polished transitions are the same sharp lines, but the warm metal makes the polished areas glow rather than flash. Wear this one where clearance under a sleeve is tight.

- Case metal. The genuine reference is 18k rose gold. This build is plated over steel. Solid metal builds exist and are priced accordingly.
- Water resistance. The genuine reference is rated to 50 metres. This build is not pressure tested. Treat it as splash resistant and keep it out of the pool.
