Hulk is all green: green ceramic bezel and green dial. Green ceramic is the one that shifts on poor builds, going yellow at the edges or in ultraviolet light. Check the bezel against the dial: both must read the same green. If the dial cooled and the bezel stayed warm, the pair no longer work together. The lume plots read distinctly against the green dial in dim light, which is a different result from any black-dial Submariner.

- Water resistance. The genuine reference is rated to 300 metres. This build is not pressure tested. Treat it as splash resistant and keep it out of the pool.
