I’ve got to say, this watch looks far better in hand than I expected! As a first-time replica buyer, I was braced for something that would feel obviously off, but the black dial has a lot more life to it than the photos suggest. Depending on the light, it shifts from a deep flat black to a softer charcoal look, and that change gives it a more expensive feel than I thought a clone could pull off. The tapisserie pattern is there enough to catch the eye without looking loud, and the overall presence on wrist is strong.
The one small nitpick for me is the bracelet could have had a slightly smoother feel right out of the box, especially on the first wear. It’s not a dealbreaker, just noticeable if you’re picky.
Still, the watch gives a very convincing impression for the money, and that light play across the dial is what sold me. For the price, the value is solid!

Does it feel like a proper piece or just a dressed-up copy? Honestly, it feels like a proper watch on the wrist. The alternating brushed and polished case finishing is the standout for me; it catches the light in a very controlled, elegant way and gives the Royal Chronograph a lot of its character. The weight is reassuring too, not brick-like, just enough to feel substantial without becoming a nuisance.
There is a tiny issue: the polish could be a touch sharper on a few edges. Nothing glaring, but I did notice it.
For a self-treat upgrade, it scratches the itch nicely and looks the part from normal viewing distance. Good value for what you’re getting.
