I ordered this watch after a long stretch of looking at options for my wife’s birthday… figured I’d take a chance on the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Jumbo Extra Thin Yellow Gold and see if it lived up to the photos. What stood out first was the screw alignment on the bezel. On a watch like this, that little detail can make or break the whole look, and this one is impressively even. The screws sit where they should, and the octagonal bezel has that clean, proper presence I was hoping for. The dial also catches the light nicely, with the tapisserie pattern giving it depth instead of looking flat. On the wrist it has a very refined feel, and the integrated bracelet flows well without feeling bulky. My wife noticed the look right away, and even from a few feet away it carries itself like something far more expensive. For me, the overall finish and especially the alignment work are what made it worth it… I’d be glad to buy again.

Bought this from a collector friend’s recommendation and tbh I’m relieved. The alternating brushed/polished finishing is spot on, the proportions feel right on wrist, and it’s honestly very comfy. My mate thought it was the real thing at first glance, which says a lot. Gift recipient loved it straight off.
