The dial is the detail that defines this reference. Start your inspection there and look at the consistency of the Tapisserie pattern across the full surface. Then check that all eight hexagonal bezel screws sit in the same orientation. The weight on the wrist will be more than you expect.

A few months ago, I finally decided to try a daily-wear watch instead of babying the dress pieces I own, and this one made the choice easier than I expected. The integrated bracelet is what sold me first — it sits naturally with the case and doesn’t feel like an afterthought. On the wrist, the whole thing has a nice flow to it, and the case finishing gives it a lot of character. The alternating brushed and polished areas catch the light in a way that keeps it interesting without looking flashy. I’ve worn it to lunch, errands, and around the house, and it just feels comfortable and well put together. My only small nitpick is that I wish the packaging felt a bit more special for the money.
