Arrived and opened the box this morning, and I was honestly relieved bc the finishing is better than I expected from a clone at this price. The polished bevels catch light in a really controlled way, not overly flashy, and that makes the case look much more refined on wrist. I kept turning it under the lamp just to check the edges, and the transitions are clean enough that it feels more expensive than it should. As a collector, I’ve handled plenty of watches where the polishing looks soft or rushed, but this one has that crispness I was hoping for. The bezel, lugs, and bracelet links all seem to flow together well, so the whole piece has a proper dress-watch feel rather than a cheap imitation vibe. Packaging was decent too, but the watch itself is what sold me. I’m glad I took the chance, and I will buy again.

Compared to the genuine Calatrava, this one gets closer than I expected for my first replica purchase. The black dial has real depth to it, not just a flat dark finish, and the hands are cleanly done with a nice sharp look under light. Up close, you can still tell it is not the real thing, but on the wrist it carries the same quiet presence I was hoping for. My only small nitpick is that the dial reads a touch less rich in low light than I expected. Overall, for the money, the value is solid.
