Compared side by side with a genuine Daytona, this one gets a lot right—especially the feel of the Oyster bracelet and the case finishing. The links articulate smoothly and the watch sits comfortably, not clunky at all 👍 The packaging was also better than I expected; box and papers arrived looking neat and complete, which matters to me as a collector. My only small nitpick is that the clasp action could be a touch more refined, just a little less stiff at first. That said, once it’s on, it wears well and doesn’t call attention to itself. I’d happily use it as a daily-wear piece without overthinking it. 😎

The first thing that struck me was the balance on the wrist — it has that solid, planted feel I like in a Daytona, not head-heavy at all. For a two tone piece, it wears better than I expected and sits just right. The lume is a pleasant surprise too; under a dim room it lights up cleanly and stays legible without looking harsh. It all came together in a way that made the whole unboxing feel complete rather than thrown together.
