The all-gold GMT removes the two-metal question: case, bezel ring, and bracelet are all yellow gold. There is no Rolesor split. The gold bracelet tapers at the clasp. Check the centre link finish: yellow gold shows micro-scratches faster than steel, and the quality of the initial finish tells you how it will age. The GMT function remains the same as on any steel variant; the difference is entirely in how the metal reads under light.

Where this build differs from the original
- Movement. A cloned movement built to the architecture of the original, not a genuine factory calibre. Clean Factory leads the current sports references and AR Factory the older Submariners. Ask us which calibre is in the build currently in stock.
- Case metal. The genuine reference is 18k yellow gold. This build is plated over steel. Solid metal builds exist and are priced accordingly.
- Water resistance. The genuine reference is rated to 100 metres. This build is not pressure tested. Treat it as splash resistant and keep it out of the pool.
