Compared to the genuine Richard Mille pieces I’ve seen up close, the first thing that stood out here was the tonneau case shape — and honestly, it nails the profile better than I expected! The curves have that aggressive, architectural feel, with the case sitting low and wide in a way that really sells the whole Le Mans vibe. On the wrist, it has the kind of presence that makes people look twice, but it still feels wearable and balanced. For a gift, that matters a lot, because you want the watch to land visually the second the box opens. That happened here. The recipient was genuinely stunned, kept turning it side to side, and said it looked far more expensive than it was. If you’re buying this as a present for someone who appreciates the shape and overall look of a Richard Mille, I’d absolutely recommend it!

Could a clone ever feel convincing on the wrist? Yes, this one does. I’ve handled the genuine article and what struck me first was the balance of the weight — substantial, but not silly, and it settles on the wrist in a very natural way. The wrist presence is spot on too; it has that broad, sculpted look that gets noticed without feeling overdone. For me, that’s the part most replicas miss. This watch gets the stance right. My nephew opened it and just stood there grinning, then said it looked “proper special”.
