Arrived-and-opened, and I was relieved right away because this was a gift and I wanted it to look right. The skeleton dial detail is the first thing that caught my eye; you can see a lot going on in there, and it gives the watch real depth instead of looking flat. On the wrist, it has strong presence without feeling awkward. my brother put it on and smiled before he even said a word. For someone buying a first watch like this as a present, it made the moment feel special. I’d recommend it.

I had a little story with this one: my old rep had served its time, so I went looking for a replacement that felt closer to the real deal. This watch got me there fast. The tonneau case shape is what sold me first, because it has that sharp, familiar profile and sits nicely on the wrist. The weight feel is also right in the sweet spot, not toy-light and not overdone. it just feels solid when you strap it on. I’m already thinking my next purchase will be another RM style piece.
