The 126518LN pairs yellow gold with a black Cerachrom bezel. Cerachrom carries colour through the ceramic material, so the tachymetric scale stays sharp with no fill to chip or oxidise over time. Against yellow gold, the black bezel creates a clean frame around the black dial. Sub-dial contrast is low because the registers sit in the same dark field as the main dial. In strong light, gold and black read as two separate zones. The Oysterflex holds the case close to the wrist.
