Reference 126500LN carries a Cerachrom bezel. The black ceramic color runs through the material, so there is no surface coating to wear. Against a white dial, the black bezel produces the clearest panda contrast in the current Daytona range. The tachymetric scale sits in platinum on the ceramic. The white dial and its registers separate clearly from each other and from the bezel. This is a high-contrast setup on a steel case. It reads clearly in any light.

Looking for a replacement after my last rep wore out? This one got the basics right. The dial detail is sharp enough that it doesn’t feel flat, and the white face has a clean look in person. The date wheel font is a nice touch too — not too bold, not weirdly thin like some I’ve had before. My only small nitpick is the handset could catch light a bit better indoors. Other than that, it feels solid on wrist and has been easy to wear day to day.
