The 126518LN is yellow gold with a black Cerachrom bezel. On this version the dial carries two tones: black for the main field and gold for the applied hour markers and sub-dial surrounds. Three surfaces layer in the same direction: dark bezel, two-tone dial, gold case. In direct light the gold elements on the dial lift from the black surface and the hour markers and register rings become the primary visual detail. The Oysterflex keeps the case close. This is the most layered dial in the 126518LN range.

Where this build differs from the original
- Movement. A cloned movement built to the architecture of the original, not a genuine factory calibre. Clean Factory leads the current sports references and AR Factory the older Submariners. Ask us which calibre is in the build currently in stock.
- Case metal. The genuine reference is 18k gold. This build is plated over steel. Solid metal builds exist and are priced accordingly.
- Water resistance. The genuine reference is rated to 100 metres. This build is not pressure tested. Treat it as splash resistant and keep it out of the pool.

4 stars from me. I picked up this Daytona Clone as a gift, and it made a strong first impression right out of the box. On wrist, it looks sharp, feels balanced, and is comfortable enough for long days without feeling bulky or awkward. The case shape sits nicely and it has that dressy-sport look my husband wanted. My only small nitpick is that the bracelet needed a little time to break in before it felt fully smooth. Other than that, it’s a solid watch for regular wear and a very nice gift choice.
