Does it actually hold up next to a genuine Oyster Perpetual? Pretty well, honestly. The overall look and feel are closer than I expected, and on wrist it gets the vibe right. Small gripe: the case finishing isn’t quite as crisp under close light. Still strong value for the money.

Worth it for a self-treat? Yeah, mostly. The glide-lock clasp is smooth and makes sizing easy, and the dial detail is better than I expected at this price. Compared with my gen, it’s close enough at a glance. Only nitpick: the clasp action feels a touch stiff. Good daily wear piece.
