The white dial shows the Mega Tapisserie texture more clearly than any other colour in this range. The deep-cut squares read as a grid of light and shadow at angle. A photograph compresses that to near-flat. The rubber bezel and pushers contrast against the white ground. This is the clearest surface in the Offshore Diver line at a distance. Check the eight hexagonal screw orientation before anything else.

- Water resistance. The genuine reference is rated to 100 metres. This build is not pressure tested. Treat it as splash resistant and keep it out of the pool.

A few weeks ago I was hunting for something I could wear every day without babying it, and this watch fit the bill right away. The first thing I noticed was the weight: it has that solid, serious feel on the wrist, close enough to a genuine Offshore Diver that it doesn’t feel like a cheap stand-in 😊. The case finishing is nicely done too, with the brushed and polished surfaces giving it some life under office lights and outside on the street. Proportions are very good, and the whole piece wears in a way that feels balanced rather than oversized. I’ve handled a genuine one before, and while this isn’t trying to fool anyone up close, it captures the overall presence surprisingly well. The only small nitpick is that the included packaging is a little plain for the price 😅. Still, for daily wear, it’s been comfortable and easy to enjoy. I’d recommend it if you want the look and heft without babying an expensive watch! 👍
