The Avenger Hurricane is the most instrument-oriented watch in this range. Large numerals on the dial are visible at distance without a loupe. The rotating dive bezel must move through a full turn with no skipping or binding. Start the check there. Then inspect the numerals on the dial: each must be evenly applied at the correct size. The case is large, so confirm it sits flat on your wrist before you commit. The dial and the bezel work together here, so check both.
