The Superocean Heritage is simpler to evaluate than a Navitimer or Chronomat. The ceramic bezel carries colour through its material, so it does not fade at the surface. Check the zero marker: it must point to twelve o’clock when the bezel is at rest. The green dial must be even from edge to centre. The bezel and the dial both carry green, so confirm that both tones match. The strap and bracelet options on this reference require less inspection time than a rouleaux bracelet.
