Bronze changes under different light sources. Under incandescent light, the dial deepens and the silver-tone slide rule numerals stand out more. In daylight, the tone pulls more golden. A Navitimer dial carries a large amount of printing. On a bronze ground, the tonal shift from warm to cool light changes the whole read of the dial. Check the inner dial ring numerals and the bezel ring numerals under both conditions to confirm even ink density.
